Kept in contact with me to confirm the job to be done. Arrived just before expected time, was very polite, did a brilliant job fitting an outside tap, and cleaned up after himself. He did the job for the quoted amount even though it involved more work than I originally thought. I would definitely use Nick again. Thank-you
