AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Andy MacClay trading as FRPM was engaged to fit a bathroom for a lady in her 90's. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.
Cesar was really professional and he worked hard and completed the job to perfection. He refurbished two bathrooms including all the tiling. He is simply the best and I will gladly refer him to all my friends and colleagues. If we ever need a plumber I will always turn to Cesar.
