Reese fitted us in at quite short notice, for which we are grateful. He did an amazing job and I'm really happy with the work. I will definitely use him again.
Radiator
Job was to take radiator off and then put back once work complete. Once put back, the radiator leaked from the valves at both ends of the radiator. I tried to contact Reece, but he ignored every call and message I sent. Also, the radiator being removed meant the water pressure dropped and needed to be topped up. When I contacted Reece about this, he admitted that he forgot to top the pressure up, but then ignored all my calls and messages when I asked how to do this. Got someone else in to fix issue.
