Highly recommended Michael from MS4 Facilities Ltd was absolutely fantastic. He went above & beyond to not only replace some leaking kitchen & bathroom taps & resolve a water hammer noise, but also repaired a leaking under sick pipe I was unaware of. He attended the same day & I was kept updated of his arrival. The price was exactly what I was quoted, even though he did more work with an extra pipe repair. The work was completed to an exceptionally high standard & he took great care of my property.

We had a leaking valve in our heating / hot water tank. The work was agreed and carried out quickly and efficiently by Michael and we were really pleased with the job. Will be using MS4 Facilities in the future.

Good morning Nina, I discussed visiting to measure up and provide a quote for the work but you didnt send us the address. I have messaged and called numerous times with no response. We dont employ anybody called Phillip. I beleive this review is for another company who you have been in contact with. Michael at MS4.

Unreliable, this company contacted me on Rated People, exchanged messages and were very keen to provide a quote. I also spoke to Phillip on the phone who was due to send a quote through the same day, as well as call to my home the next day, however, he never sent any quote through and also never contacted me to arrange a time to call round.
