He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He was able to come within a few days, materials were ordered by Matthew upfront and delivered, so on the day of the work Matthew and his son could get straight to it. HORRENDOUS experience. Sadly Phil is not a bathroom fitter and I now need to pay someone else to fix the problems he has left me with. I was bullied into paying in full, and left the bathroom with holes in the walls, uneven tiles, rotten bricks, leaking grout and an extractor that’s not pulling. I have asked Phil to return and fix the problems and get given excuse after excuse. I asked him to return some money to cover the cost of getting things fixed, not a penny returned. I am now left out of pocket.
