Phil was very prompt with his quote for my consumer unit upgrade & the work was carried out the next day & I was very happy with it. Payment was only asked for after I was happy with the job
Smoke Alarm - Installation
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
HORRENDOUS experience. Sadly Phil is not a bathroom fitter and I now need to pay someone else to fix the problems he has left me with. I was bullied into paying in full, and left the bathroom with holes in the walls, uneven tiles, rotten bricks, leaking grout and an extractor that’s not pulling. I have asked Phil to return and fix the problems and get given excuse after excuse. I asked him to return some money to cover the cost of getting things fixed, not a penny returned. I am now left out of pocket.
