There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Communication was poor and was all over place. Quality of workmanship turned out to be really poor in the finishing, many mistakes, had to point out and question his work. was very pushy and manipulate to be paid before completing, then tried adding monies to rectify his mistakes. Then left the job before completing. Never use this man.

Review for ACL Roofing Ltd I had a very disappointing experience with ACL Roofing Ltd. Initially, they quoted £750, but after a site visit, the cost increased to £1,150. Despite the price increase, the work was not done properly. Instead of completing the agreed brickwork, they used excessive fire foam, and the repointing was poorly executed, leaving noticeable gaps. A very unusual water leak involved lifting a hallway carpet and trying to trace a leak coming from under a parquet and concrete floor. The leak was eventually found in a void behind a wall where an old pipe had been sealed and had started to leak. Jamie worked hard to trace and repair the leak, a job well done. We are now waiting for the insurance company to decide what happens next. When it is decided Jamie will be asked to come back to finish the job.
