The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

Graeme did a great job in replacing our bathroom sink unit. He was very professional in his approach to the job in hand and left the area clean and tidy. The price quoted was competitive and we were happy with the quality of his workmanship. Furthermore he has been helpful and informative in advising us on our next project. Dorota came out right away and quickly established what the fault was with boiler not turning on. Issue was quickly resolved and cost was very reasonable. Happy to recommend their serivices.

Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

Really pleased with Tony and the work he carried out. It was an urgent job that he completed the same day and we were back up and running late afternoon. Great value as he sorted ojt a couple of other things for us. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Very highly recommended.

Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

After a lack of response from local tradesmen, thankfully Alan Yates was in touch soon after posting the request. He knew over the phone what the most likely faults and remedies would be and arranged to be with us first thing the next morning. Unfortunately it was more complicated than first thought and a new shower was required. Alan returned later that day to fit it and it is working well. Would happily recommend Alan to anyone in a similar situation.
