Spoke to Kevin 5 Minuets after posting the job, we discussed the job, and agreed a price. The guy turned up Bang on time ( this is really important when having work carried out ) I didn't have to clean up ( so many workmen don't have the same level of pride) So it's nice to see one that does. ( well done Kevin ) Job done, and also now have a gas safe guy I can call on for any future work ( already got a job lined up for Kevin ) I'm bumping the rating up to 10 stars.. 5 isn't enough. This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

At first he came over promptly to take down blinds. Said he’d come back later to put up boards and curtain poles. Unfortunately, he repeatedly would not reply to texts or phones calls. When he did, he’d claim to come in the next few days. Kept giving differing dates, but never followed through. He never ended up finishing the job.
