Quick and efficient. When they arrived, they got straight onto the roof to investigate the issue, explained the problem to me, and gave me a good price. We then agreed to the work straight away, and within 1 hour they had gone to get what they needed for the job, and returned to complete the repair. Definitely would recommend to others, and would use them again.

During his initial visit Caleb provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue and a quote for the work to be carried out. He was able to start within a couple of days which worked perfectly for me. Whilst carrying out the initial work Caleb also noticed a couple of other issues that he kindly provided detail on and quotes for. Caleb and his team have been great - they completed both the initial and additional work in a timely manner for us. They are a friendly, polite team who I would use again.

It took a little while to arrange a date for the work when we were both available and the weather was suitable for an outdoor job, but Colin always called me at the times he said he would. Steven team have done an exceptional job decorating our house. I cannot recommend them highly enough to be thorough professional. There were several problems with paints applied by the previous owners and wall repairs, but all of these were taken in the teams stride and we now have a beautifully finished house. jg arrived on time he was very pleasant had the tap fixed outside and all connected in the hour and he had a small vacuum to clean up the sawdust from cutting through the sink unit, I will be 100% recommending jg plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber
