Got old kitchen tiles removed and replaced. Hard working people, good listeners, listen to your concerns and reassure you that they will complete the job to high standards. Very happy with the job, will use them again. Did a fabulous landscaping job , removed old slabs and installed porcelain tiles, painted the exterior of garden. Cleaned everything after. Very satisfied.

is it not customary to remove any rubbish from the job? it certainly used to be. and it is NOT customary to leave the client's toilet with large lumps of plaster in it.

I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

Andy and his team did an excellent job replacing my laminate flooring. They worked very hard on both days they were at the house and the standard of work was top notch. Very pleased with the flooring and would highly recommend this tradesman.
