I must also commend Marc on how he has handled issues with our kitchen supplier B&Q which were unrelated to him he has been very flexible to work with us when we encountered unexpected issues during and after the kitchen fitting. Marc has waited patiently despite B&Q supplying the wrong product on numerous occasions. After his second visit to complete, the wrong product had been sent. We offered to pay Marc his final 10%, as through no fault of his he was unable to finish, but refused to accept it.

Very quick response and started work the next day. Reliable and hard working. Seem to have done a good job on the roof which was leaking - only time will tell.
