Hi my name is Sean from Sean Works Ltd. I have been roofing for over 22 years on many styles of roof from industrial to domestic. I have diversified in the last five years to modernising private properties in the local area. Some from single to HMO'S.
Sean was punctual, helpful, worked hard and did an excellent job, would recommend and will use again.
Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.
