Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Malcolm was prompt and helpful, giving us advice when asked and buying fixtures to match our existing ones. He did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the end result! Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout. The supplied product is phenomenal and has really finished our project off. Pete turned up on time despite a very long drive and worked very hard to get the floor down ahead of schedule. Eugene was organised, professional and friendly as were all of his team. He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. No mess left behind, up front and honest, a refreshing change to my previous experiences of the building trade. Eugene is very knowlegeable and comes up with some great ideas. Highly recommended and will definitely be using Eugene and his company again in the not too distant future.

Peter has many years experience in the building trade. This knowledge helped at each stage of my project. The quote was a fixed price. During the work several issues cropped up that neither of us could have predicted but Peter was extremely flexible and honest at resolving these at no extra cost. Peter is very enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His basic principle is that he works as hard for you as he would do if it was his own house. I would have no hesitation in hiring Peter in the future
