Jim and his son worked on my roof and gutters , Did a really good job they are genuine tradespeople they explained everything that needed to be done and give me a accurate quote they came to my home when they said they would and got on with the job, pleased with the workmanship, would certainly have no hesitation in using McMillans again!

Tom did a great job, helped us make some good decisions on design and came up with the sketches for our job as well. Top notch to deal with, accurate information all the time and very reliable. On our list to use again for anything that comes up. Good price, no nonsense approach and professional with it. Really can't fault the service.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Came and ripped up half the decking,knocked some brickwork down and left. I now have a bombsite. They have lied, fobbed me off, promised to come etc., to finish the job but will not answer my calls or respond to messages. I’m a pensioner on limited income and these people should not be trading. They are absolute charlatans.
