Hello, we are an insurance claims management company and part of a national network that manage insurance claims on behalf of homeowners and policyholders on residential and commercial properties.

We act solely for homeowners and policyholders against insurers and loss adjusters, therefore working for you not the insurer!

If you are about to make a claim or have just made a claim we will survey all the damage and provide a list of recommended repairs with costs to your insurer, negotiate and agree repairs, undertake and project manage all building works using our qualified pre-vetted tradesmen and get your property back to its pre-loss condition.

We offer expert advice on the best way to present a claim to the insurer to give you the highest chance of a successful outcome. Clients have one point of contact as we deal with everything builders, paperwork, insurance companies etc., thereby ultimately saving you the policyholder the time and any hassle from dealing with a claim.

Our service is completely free to the policyholder (subject to your insurance policy excess)
provided we undertake the repair and reinstatement works. (If required we are able to negotiate on a cash settlement basis subject to a management fee).

From using our service we aim to achieve the shortest possible claim life cycle from reporting a claim to starting and finishing repairs. For further peace of mind we are also regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
