Bathroom Installation
Very pleased with our bathroom and the work DGN did for us, it has been finished to a high standard with good attention to detail. Good value too, Dal was very honest and fair about costs with no nasty surprises. He didn't charge more even though the fitting took longer than expected due to issues with the existing space. I would recommend Dal to anyone wanting a quality job at a fair price.

We felt DGN responded quickly and took a great deal of care and time to fix our toilet, and that it was a fair price. We would have no hesitation in reccomending DGN to other people
Gas Fire
I hired Dal to remove and cap 2 gas fires, the work was carried out as requested and to the required and expected standard. We had verbally agreed on the price which was stated in my advert of £100 - the going rate of £50 per fire. My only problem was that once the work had been completed Dal claimed we had agreed on £60 per fire so from a customers perspective it's not what you want to deal with, but reinforces the need to get some sort of written confirmation of a quote before proceeding.

I asked the customer 3 times if he was happy wth the price of £60 per fire. He replied yes 3 times. I have to consider fee's, parts and travel (46 miles round trip) including loss leading jobs. This mishap is due to the customer mis-hearing my estimate/quote and i hindsight i should have follwed call with a text. Customer could have used local engineers but said they would evaluate work but not carry it through. I will genuinely knock off £20 for next job. Thank you for your custom and all the best.

Daljinder was very accommodating regarding the timing of his visit. He did a good efficient job and due to buying the tap at less than the expected price, he charged less than the quoted price. I wish him well with his business!
