Dear Mr Jenkins I find this rating unfair as I explained to you in person that I would not be taking on/quoting for the job as I believe there is a bigger underlying problem causing your doors to be the way they are. Please could you take the time to review your rating. Many thanks, Toby

Toby the guy that fitted our internal doors is a very pleasant young man and did a very good job.
