it was very good job and we gave an extra £cash tip like you do, until some grout came up, called and told him he said he would call and has not yet so feel a little cheated. it would it would only have taken him 10min or so do do. so what would have been a 5 is only the score it is now. but hey next time we will not tip...

The grout that came up was between the skirting and the tile I did explain that if you instruct me to grout this area that there is a possibility it could crack . Mastic would have been required here which I did advise .
