I can't comment on the quality of the job as that was never done. I changed my mind. James came to give me a quote on tiling bathroom floor. Was very approachable and professional. Helped me with a very annoying issue concerning my toilet cistern. Recommended a plumber that solved the problem that bothered me for a year. Thank you, James.
