Very good work trader very professional good price
Slate & Tiled Roof
Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. The price was reasonable We'd def use them again
Laminate Flooring
I am very pleased with the work R&B Refurbishment and their work men did for my house, they went extra mile the do the job perfectly, the clean up has been beyond my expectation, I highly recommend R&B to any person to subscribe to.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
R&B Refurbishment - contractor Ali - did a great job at our tenanted property - arrived swiftly and was able to fix the bathroom leak quickly. Would happily recommend their service to others.

Whilst our leakage seems to be rectified so far, there was damage done to the bath panel of our newly fitted bathroom. We paid immediately after the job was complete but the tradesman wouldn’t issue an invoice despite us constantly asking and finally the continued harassment for a good review was not the behaviour you would expect from a professional tradesman.

Promptly attended and fixed the leakage due to a poorly fitted bath tub.

Leak was prompted tended to and fixed but sadly some damage was done to our new fitted bath tub in the process.

The leak did not get repaired and damaged my ceiling which was newly renovated

My bath panel got damaged during the works and the leak was not fixed. After a month, water marks appeared again on my newly renovated ceiling. £600 down the drain.

My new bath panel was chipped and damaged during the works. After a month or so the leak restarted again and water marks are showing again in the newly repaired ceiling. Thousands of pounds down the drain. Very disappointing.

Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.
