I wish I could give 10 stars!! From start to finish. They responded to my budget through rated People. When Seb came out and walked the property that week for the actual estimate, he was so professional and knowledgeable that we agreed to the contract the next day. There was absolutely no pressure and no upselling. We actually ended up asking them to do more work than we originally planned. I cannot express how happy we are with the finished job. I recommend them 100%
Floor Tiling
needed large kitchen floor tiling (larger than originally asked for as am expanding the kitchen area) as well as associated work . SP Building were by over 50% the cheapest. They are a new company and therefore did not have any ratings so it was a bit of a gamble! However I can confirm that they were excellent, reliable and took great pride in the job. The finished project turned out better than anticipated at an extremely good price. They assisted me in all design areas. They were so good I got them to do lots of other work on my flat which again was done to a high standard and good price. They have quoted to now fit a kitchen and other structural changes to my flat and their prices were again excellent value for money. Catch them whilst you can before they increase their prices!
