George came round to our house on time and wrote a very comprehesive report as requested. He examined our faulty windows with care and with attention to detail and he also pointed out many other faults that we had not noticed. His report will form the basis of our claim against the window company that made a mess of fitting the new windows and I would highly recommend his services.

The quality of workmanship was very good and incorporated some joinery and plastering. Robert arrived on time. The work was carried out over a weekend and Robert did not ask for any additional charges to do this. He also invested significant time to ensure the end result was a good one. A+

We can not recommend this company highly enough as the work has been completed now and was done quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. At the start the job was explained efficiently with no boring jargon. The staff completed the job that required heavy lifting and careful thought and now we have the window we wanted, which is huge, and the room was left totally neat and tidy. Peter and his team (Mark and Chris) are professional and hard-working. We ultimately required unforeseen work due to old water ingress. Peter's team did not make a drama out of our mini-crisis and took it in their stride.Peter was great at liaising with us, always appraising us about what was happening next. Peter's experience and know-how helped us make better and more informed decisions. We now have the most gorgeous, boutique-style bathroom. We would not hesitate in recommending Peter and his team.
