Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

It involved insurance claim based conditional remedial work, some of which wasn’t necessary, but they were happy to comply. Their knowledge and understanding of current BS 7671 standards was superior to the assessor’s. In short, I’m happy to recommend.
