He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

I am a carpenter/plumber based around northwest London. I do first and second fix carpentry and plumbing, have extensive experience in most aspects of construction.
