5 out of 5 for all. Tom has done an excellent job - great attentention to detail, very thorough and a professional finish. He conducts himself very professionally, keeping us informed of any anticipated difficulties with the work & offering solutions. He is very reliable, has kept to timelines, finished the job when he said he would. He has been very accomodating doing over and above what was asked. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

Don’t hesitate to use this company! I needed a contractor to carry out complete renovation works (kitchen, bathroom, replastering, decorating, electrics etc) to a flat in Little Paxton, some 200 miles from where I live. I had no knowledge of any contractors in that area so used RP. Wayne’s price was very competitive and detailed. He started the work exactly when he said he would, his communication was brilliant and his level of workmanship exceptional. I’m so glad I used C&W General Builders.

Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.

I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

I would highly recommend Kenny, as he is a reliable, professional builder/carpenter, who has just completed work on my home which involved knocking a wall down, re-fitted kitchen and new floor throughout the downstairs.

A brilliant job by Matthew and the rest of the team. Thorough, thoughtful and consistent in his approach and application. Design tips, in respect of the flooring, were very helpful with no pressure to follow them or to subsequently commision the job. Good negotiation on the price and a top quality job achieved. We've happily recommeneded to neighbours and family and would definitely hire for further jobs. Excellent all around.

John took some double doors out and plastered the walls like new.He was very careful and considerate about fine detail.I am having him back to put a shower in the bathroom
