Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

We highly recommend these guys - friendly, courteous and helpful. They took the time to explain and discuss everything about our needs to make sure we got what we wanted at the same time as ensuring our finished article was fit for purpose. From a bathroom that wasn’t usable due to problems with low water pressure to a beautiful shower room that is a joy to use. Clean and tidy workers who were polite and always cheerful all the time they were here. We know where to go if we need something eles done.

Scott left the room as he found it, cleaning up before he left for the day. There were no unexpected costs. Scott turned up at the times that he said he would, he also asked us if it was okay for him to work into the early evening. Scott kept us informed of how the work was going, The tiling that Scott has done for us is of great workmanship and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Luke (Boam) is a highly skilled worker with stone who has great vision and a perfectionist approach. He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and The Promised Landscapes, especially in the building of water features
