Yes, homeowners can contact you directly.

Depending on the plan you’re signed up to, your phone number may be displayed on your Rated People profile. When this is enabled, homeowners who find your profile can call you directly to discuss their job.

Some tradespeople may see this feature referred to as the Directory bolt-on, while newer members will know it as the Featured bolt-on. This is the same service, the name has simply been updated.

Featuring your profile helps increase your visibility to homeowners. Your profile will appear higher in local search results for your trade and area, making it easier for homeowners to find you.

Homeowners can also browse our directory pages, where they search for tradespeople based on their location and the type of job they need done. From there, they can view your profile, see your ratings and information, and contact you directly if your phone number is available on your plan.

In addition, we sometimes send homeowners emails highlighting featured tradespeople, giving them another way to discover and contact you.
