Does credit rollover if I do not spend it?

No. Credit does not roll over if you do not spend it.

Based on your plan type this will vary as to when you will need to spend your credit by, please see the examples below:

• If you pay monthly: You will have 30 days to spend your credit.
• If you pay quarterly You will have 90 days to spend your credit (on average, taking into consideration shorter months).
• If you pay annually: You will have 365 days to spend your credit.

Note: If you pay your membership fee late you will not receive extra time to spend your credit. For example, if you pay 10 days late, you will have 10 days less to spend your credit.
