How can I change my company name?

If you need to update the company name on your Rated People account, please reach out to the Rated People chatbot, which will raise a case for our Support Team to assist.

When submitting your request, please provide the new company name so our team can update your account details.

If your business is a limited company, you will also need to provide your Companies House company number. This allows us to verify the business information and ensure your account records remain accurate.

Once your request has been submitted, our Support Team will review the details and assist with updating the company name on your account.
