How can I change my email address?

If you're a tradesperson:

To change your email address, please follow the steps below:

If you are using our APP:

1. Select ‘More’ from the bottom of your screen
2. Select ‘Contact details’
3. Enter your new email address and click ‘Save’

If you are using our WEBSITE:

1. Select ‘My account’ from the top right-hand corner of the page.
2. From the drop-down menu select ‘Contact preferences'
3. Under ‘Email & phone’ click ‘Edit’
4. Enter your new email address and click ‘Save’

If you are a homeowner, you will need to provide us your new email address to us and we can update this for you, apologies for the inconvenience.
