How can I change my password?
If you are using the Rated People app
- Tap ‘More’ at the bottom of your screen.
- Select ‘Update password’.
- Enter your new password.
- Tap ‘Update password’ to save your changes.
If you are using the Rated People website
- Click ‘My account’ in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Select ‘Account overview’ from the drop-down menu.
- Click ‘Change password’.
- Enter your new password and select ‘Save password’.
Keep your password secure and do not share it, as it provides access to your account, personal information, and payment details. If you believe your account may have been accessed by someone else, you should change your password immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password to help protect your account.
