How can I contact the customer?
When you buy a job lead, there are three ways to get in touch:
Phone – If they don’t pick up then always leave a quick voicemail, or send a text message, to introduce yourself.
Email – You’ll receive their email address too if you’d prefer to get in touch using that.
Chat – this is available through the app, or when you’re logged in to the website. It works in a similar way to WhatsApp, where you can message the homeowner who posted the job. It’s an easy and familiar way to get in touch with homeowners.
Get in touch with the customer as soon as possible to introduce yourself and increase the chances of winning the work.
