How can I rate a tradesperson?

To rate a tradesperson, please follow the steps below:

If you are using our APP:

1. Log into your account
2. Select ‘Jobs’ from the bottom of your screen
3. Select the job post and then select the tradesperson that you would like to leave a rating for
4. Click ‘Add rating’
5. Tap the star rating you would like to give and then add a description. Once completed, click ‘Add rating’

If you are using our WEBSITE:

1. Log into your account
2. Select ‘My jobs’ from the top of the page
3. Select the job post and then select the tradesperson that you would like to leave a rating for
4. Click ‘Add rating’
5. Tap the star rating you would like to give and then add a description. Once completed, click ‘Confirm’
