How can I report a homeowner?
We would always recommend first, trying to resolve the issue directly with the homeowner, contacting them with the issues that you are having as calmly and politely as you can. Keep everything in writing and take photos of work as it's completed in case this is required later down the line.
If communication with the homeowner fails, we would recommend getting in touch with our Support Team, and they will assist you.
Please provide us with as much information as possible to assist you as best we can. As we're only an introductory service, we are limited with the assistance we can provide when it comes to disputes - but we're always on hand to try and assist where we can.
