How can I request a rating?
It is quick and easy to request a rating, please follow the steps below:
- Select 'My Leads' If you're using our app, you'll find this option at the bottom of your screen. For website users, it's located in the panel at the top of your page
- Locate the job lead that you would like to request a rating for 3. Select ‘Request a rating’, an email will then be sent to the homeowner for them to rate you
Please note that you can only request a rating once, if you have requested a rating already you will not be able to request this again. If for any reason the homeowner has not received the link please get in contact with our Support Team.
