How can I request an external rating?
External ratings can only be requested via our app currently. To request an external rating please follow the steps below:
- Select ‘More’ from the bottom of the screen
- Click ‘Off-platform ratings’
- Here you can choose whether you would like to send the homeowner a link via text message or via email
Once the homeowner has left a review, this will show on your Rated People profile.
