How can I respond to a rating?

To respond to a rating please follow the steps below:

If you are using our APP:

1. Log into your account
2. Select 'My leads' from the bottom of your screen
3. Locate the job lead which you have received a rating from
4. Click 'Respond to rating'

If you are using our WEBSITE:

1. Log into your account
2. Click the 'My ratings' tab at the top of the page
3. Scroll down to the rating that you would like to reply to
4. Click 'Reply to rating'
