How can I withdraw my job post?

Closing your job will mean that it will no longer be live on our platform. However, you may still be contacted by any tradespeople who purchased your job before it was closed. We ask you to please reach out to the tradespeople to let them know what you have decided to do.

To close your job, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account
2. If you are using our app you'll need to select ‘Jobs’ section located at the bottom of your screen. For website users, simply select 'My Jobs' from the top of the page.
3. Select the job that you wish to close and click ‘Close job’
