How do I know that a tradespersons ratings are genuine?

A tradesperson’s profile includes all the ratings they’ve received from homeowners, both on and off the Rated People platform. When a tradesperson joins, we allow them to add ratings from previous customers to help them build their profile.

We aim to keep our rating system as fair and transparent as possible. Ratings from homeowners who posted their job through Rated People are marked as verified, while ratings from work completed outside the platform are not verified.
