How does the 'I could not quote' process work?
If you’re unable to quote on a job, you’ll be able to report this from your account. You can do this for a percentage of the money that you spend with Rated People (cash spend), this means how much you spend for your plan, and any extra cash you spend on your card if you run out of credit.
The percentage will be determined by the plan that you’re on and is calculated on a 90-day rolling average. For example, if you have a 20% credit refund allowance, and you’ve spent £100 with us, you’ll be able to request a refund on up to £20 worth of leads.
