What are the 'I could not quote' process rules?
Our rules:
- You need to be on a subscription plan. Pay-as-you-go, and members on our Annual £49+VAT plan are not eligible.
- Your profile must be complete. Incomplete profiles do not usually give homeowners much confidence
- You must wait 48 hours before you can request a refund. This is to give homeowners a chance to get back to you
- You need to request a refund within 30 days of buying the lead
- You must attempt to contact the Homeowner by Phone, Text and Email prior to claiming the lead back
Reasons why we might not give credit back:
- You have reached your refund limit
- You asked for a refund within 48 hours of buying the lead
- You asked for a refund 30 days after you bought the lead
- We found that you were allowed to quote
We may request evidence to show that you have attempted to contact the Homeowner[s], we would always recommend keeping a log of how and when you attempted to contact them.
