What happens after I purchase a lead?
Once you purchase a job lead, you will receive the homeowner’s contact details, including their mobile number and email address, so you can get in touch directly to discuss the job and provide a quote. You can also contact the customer using the chat function available through your account. For more information about how you should contact the homeowner, you can click here.
The lead will appear in your ‘My Leads’ section, under the ‘New’ folder, where you can manage and track your progress.
At the same time, your profile page and ratings are shared with the homeowner, allowing them to:
- Read your reviews
- View photos of your previous work
- Learn more about your business and experience
Up to three tradespeople can purchase the same lead, so it’s important to contact the homeowner as soon as possible. Reaching out quickly and professionally can significantly improve your chances of securing the job.
