What is credit and how does it work?
Credit is what you use to purchase job leads, some of our plans include credit as part of the package, however, some do not.
You may see three different types of credit on your account at times:
- Membership credit: Received with your plan, valid for either 30, 90, or 365 days depending on your plan type.
- Credit voucher: Any goodwill credit added by a member of the team, valid for 30 days.
- 'I Could Not Quote' credit: Refunded via the 'I could not quote' process or by a member of the team, valid for 30 days.
Credit vouchers and 'I Could Not Quote' credits are used before Membership Credit. Example: With a £72 Membership Credit, £20 'I Could Not Quote' voucher, and £10 credit voucher, the lead cost is deducted from any credit vouchers or I could not quote vouchers first.
