What is Rated People's refund policy?

As outlined in our Trade Business User Agreement, Rated People does not offer refunds for individual lead purchases or membership payments.

Lead purchases are made by tradespeople based on the information provided in the job posting, and membership fees cover access to the platform and its services. For this reason, these payments are non-refundable once they have been processed.
