Why am I being asked what happened with a lead?
We may ask you to tell us the outcome of leads you’ve chosen.
This helps you keep your lead list up to date and helps us understand how well the platform is working. For example, we may ask whether you contacted the homeowner, won the job, lost the job, or are still waiting to hear back.
If you couldn’t get hold of the homeowner, we may also be able to send them a reminder.
