Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. We had our flat roof replaced with Firestone rubber. A very professional and thorough job was carried out. The price quoted was also far less than other quotes received. I would recommend this company.
I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Tom and Sid did a great job scraping off all the peeling paint, sealing the surface then applying 2 coats of Sandtex. The only problem was the paint order Tom made got damaged by the delivery courier in transit. Took a couple of weeks before I eventually ordered the paint myself from a next day paint co, I would recommend Tom and Sid but I suggest if you want a specific paint and colour you order it yourself.

very poor work. damaged the felt that was already installed, and roof is still leaking. very poor communication.
Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.
