The guy turned up Bang on time ( this is really important when having work carried out ) I didn't have to clean up ( so many workmen don't have the same level of pride) So it's nice to see one that does. I hired Tomasz to renovation my shower room. He removed old fittings, ran new plumbing and tiled the wall. However, he scratched my new unit, put paint on my bare wood door frame, put the shower up squint, fitted tile trim with silicon, left holes in the wall, built a pipe box too big, covered it with ugly correx, lost screws to fasten the towel rail to the wall so it's loose, and left it leaking, and installed tray in wrong place in shower. I had to undo much of his work and finish the job myself. :-(

Very pleased with the improvement in appearance of our roof facias, soffits, guttering etc. Nice, tidy job. Any potential challenges were overcome easily and without drama. John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service
