I hired Tomasz to renovation my shower room. He removed old fittings, ran new plumbing and tiled the wall. However, he scratched my new unit, put paint on my bare wood door frame, put the shower up squint, fitted tile trim with silicon, left holes in the wall, built a pipe box too big, covered it with ugly correx, lost screws to fasten the towel rail to the wall so it's loose, and left it leaking, and installed tray in wrong place in shower. I had to undo much of his work and finish the job myself. :-(

Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. Andy is a joiner and he built my TV stand, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable chatting away while doing his job and my TV stand was up in a bout 15/20 mins he even put my TV onto my new stand and I am hoping he has time to get time to build my daughters flat pack dining table and 4 chairs, a nice TV stand for living room and a small set of drawers for her daughter's bedroom also his prices are very reasonable all in great Job Andy.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.
