Lee and his crew have been excellent from start to finish. Lee was flexible and was able to fit in around us as we are having lots of work done. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
